The Political Judgment commission chaired by the official Carolina Gaillard will work from this Thursday on the consideration of fourteen files referring to requests for Impeachment of members of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, seven presented by legislators and seven by individuals.
The summary of the projects that this Thursday from 11 a.m. will be on the table of the 31 deputies that make up the commission is the following:

Vanesa Siley (Front of All): Promote impeachment against the (former) president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, Carlos Fernando Rosenkrantz, for poor performance in his duties. (File 5039-D-2020).

Paula Oliveto Lake; Juan Lopez; Maximilian Ferraro; Mariana Zuvic; Marcela Campagnoli; Hector Flores; María Lehmann and Rubén Manzi (Civic Coalition): Promote impeachment against the minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, Ricardo Lorenzetti, for poor performance and possible crimes in the exercise of his duties. Civil Association for the enforceability of social rights: Requests a political trial against the current ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice Carlos Rosenkrantz and Ricardo Lorenzetti for poor performance or -if applicable- and for corresponding crimes in the exercise of their functions. Pablo Llonto: Request for impeachment against the Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation Horacio Rosatti for poor performance in the exercise of his duties (0108-P-2022).

Diego Sánchez: Request for impeachment against the members of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation for poor performance in the exercise of their functions. (0109-P-2022).
Originally there were 12 files, but this Wednesday the agenda was expanded to 14, due to two new initiatives presented by individuals.
Regarding the causes mentioned, the ruling on federal co-participation and the one that rolls back the operation of the Council of the Magistracy is listed.
The ruling to apply the “2×1” calculation to a repressor of the last military dictatorship is questioned and it is considered that there is a series of “non-compliances and mismanagement” in the Obra Social del Poder Judicial de la Nación (Ospjn).
There are also accusations against Rosenkrantz for his interventions in cases involving companies for which he had worked as a defense attorney.
