From today (31) to next Saturday (5), the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra), the government of Mato Grosso do Sul and the city hall of Ponta Porã (MS) carry out a joint effort to provide a series of public services to a settlement in the municipality.
The first action of this type organized by Incra this year, the initiative seeks to benefit more than 2,800 families in the Itamarati settlement. Titles and declarations will be issued for access to the lines of financing of the National Program for the Strengthening of Family Agriculture (Pronaf), in addition to the offer of a credit line (Installation Credit) of R$ 5 thousand for farmers to invest in projects to generate income.
The registers of farmers already settled may be updated or unblocked, as the case may be, while those not yet registered will be able to regularize their situation. The delivery of the titles and the signing of the credit agreements are scheduled for the closing of activities, on Saturday.
The service will be done at Escola Nova Itamarati, in the District of Nova Itamarati, from 8 am to 5 pm, following all the recommendations of the health authorities against covid-19.
