Driver flees after running over a 4-year-old girl in Alto Paraná

With severe physical injuries I arrive a little girl to a private sanatorium, after being hit by a truck.

The case was communicated to the prosecutor on duty, José Silguero, with the objective of identify the perpetratorwho fled the scene after the hit-and-run.
