The workers on strike, who decide to return to their jobs, will not receive any type of retaliation, as reiterated by the Administration of the Social Security Fund (CSS).

According to the CSS, several workers have already returned to their jobs without any type of sanction being applied to them; Neither verbal nor written.
The general secretary of the CSS, Edwin Salamín, stated that in fourteen sessions that have been held, they have explained to the labor sector that the rights of workers will be respected, all within the provisions of the internal regulations of the institution.
They stressed that they are in favor of establishing two technical working groups, once an agreement is reached, one aimed at economic aspects and another, which would analyze union aspects.
