Carlos Mogollón: Capitalism works to make the people invisible

Carlos Mogollón, first vice president of the Permanent Commission for the Development of Communes of the National Assembly, stressed this Friday that capitalism works by making people and their reality invisible, “that is why we must restore the face of the people through the parliamentarianism of street”, indicated the deputy, collected by the website of Parliament.

From the El Valle parish, the PSUV legislator for the Capital District, who participated in the 2023 street parliamentarianism kick-off, pointed out the need to organize all sectors of society to strengthen Popular Power and listen to the voice of the people for the sake of enforcing the laws.

Mogollón indicated that the laws are built with the people, with the social movements, in the street, with the parliamentarians, who must listen to suggestions, proposals, evaluate all the opinions and deliver their reports to the Legislative Branch Directive, to guarantee the process formation of laws that truly meet the needs of all.

He indicated that among the proposals discussed during the day, the Law for the Comprehensive Care of People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (TEA) stands out, where spokespersons and spokespersons for popular power made their contributions, sharing their experiences.
