On Sunday afternoon, the secretary of the Presidency of the Republic, Álvaro Delgado, was a victim of the underworld since his house was robbed by a thief who took various belongings of the hierarch and his family.
The thief broke a gate to enter even when part of the family was in the building. As reported on Twitter by journalist Diego Píriz, the individual even threatened to shoot with a firearm but did not do so and no one was injured.
The man escaped with the stolen goods but was captured by police within minutes. As confirmed, he had a criminal record and was in Carrasco Norte when he was intercepted by the officers.
