The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, held a meeting this Thursday with the Chinese ambassador to Venezuela, Li Baorong, in order to strengthen the cooperation agenda between the two nations.
The information was released by the President of Parliament on his account on the social network Twitter.
“On behalf of our President Nicolás Maduro, we spoke with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Li Baorong, about a comprehensive strategic and cooperation agenda that allows progress in the development of relations between the two peoples,” Rodríguez wrote on the social network. .
In May of last year, the Parliamentary Friendship Group China-Venezuela, in order to strengthen the ties of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between both nations.
Venezuela and China have more than 250 cooperation agreements for economic, political, social, technological and military development.
