Three injured on the San Isidro bridge, during protests in Arequipa

at least three protesters, Civil Construction workers were injured this morning in the blockade of the pSan Isidro Bridgein the Arequipa fence, after the police tried to clear the road.

The residents indicated that they were shot with pellets directly at the body and at a short distance, when they were advancing down the street, despite the fact that it is not allowed.

One of the workers was shot several times, the other two between the legs. Two of the three injured were treated at the EsSalud hospital, Guzman Choquetico Ticona, 50 years of age and Rony Pacheco Condori Also 50 years old.

The first was treated in the urology area, due to the wounds in the genital area, while the second has wounds on the arm and chest, so it was considered more serious.

The protesters concentrated on the San Isidro bridge from early hours and after the event, more troops arrived.
