Judiciary will expand Case Management System

The Judiciary will extend its Case Management System in criminal and real estate jurisdictions, an initiative that automates operations in civil, commercial, labor, and contentious-administrative and tax jurisdictions.

A press release indicates that the Dominican Republic is one of the few countries in the region that have a Judiciary with a multi-matter platform for the internal management of all its courts.

The aforementioned system is supported by Law 339-22 on the Use of Digital Media and its application regulations, legal instruments that have become the bridge between justice in the past and the future of justice.
