The Minister of Popular Power for Education, yelitze santaelladelivered a total of 201 Master’s degrees and distinctions in Educational Supervision, through the Cuba-Venezuela Agreement, to continue consolidating quality education.
From the Casa de Bello auditorium, located in the main headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, in Caracas, Santaella expressed: “See today the great difference, a Revolution despite the blockade, persecution and looting that has been done to it This Homeland is graduating 201 professionals who give Venezuela all their knowledge and contribution”.

On November 4, the 22nd anniversary of the Cuba-Venezuela Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement was celebrated, through which both nations promote agreements on health, education, economic and cultural development.
