Sources close to the team of the former PAN presidential candidate confirmed the cancellation of the hearing.
Anaya will thus have his initial hearing in the case that began with the alleged receipt of 6.8 million pesos from the Brazilian company Odebrecht in order to approve the energy reform of former President Enrique Peña Nieto.
That accusation is part of the accusations made by the former director of Pemex Emilio Lozoya, who for his part has been summoned to present evidence of his statements.
Thus, with the case armed with Lozoya’s accusations, Anaya is sought to be charged with the crimes of criminal association, bribery and money laundering.
