The aforementioned product is made up of a portable equipment that plugs into the electrical current that is configured to be used with a 110-volt current, when the current in Peru is 220 volts, which could cause the product to overheat and its cover of plastic to melt, exposing an open electrical circuit that would pose a risk of electric shock if the consumer came into contact with it.
Also, plugging the product into 220 volts could generate excessive heat and may create conditions where the fluid refill can catch fire, particularly if used near flammable materials.

Faced with the potential risk that could affect the safety and health of consumers, the company SC Johnson and Son del Perú SA reported that it took the following measures:
- The product was blocked in warehouses.
- All shipments to the market were stopped.
- The importation from Mexico to Peru was blocked.
- The product was blocked at each point of sale.
- It has been communicated to retails to make the withdrawal and pick up at points of sale.
- The money paid will be refunded.
- The product at risk is being collected at the marketing points.
