The new resolution also establishes the formation of a permanent technical advisory board made up of the National Agrifood Health and Quality Service (Senasa), the Superintendence of Occupational Risks (SRT), the provinces and other public organizations considered relevant.
According to what was agreed to replace Resolutions 04/2022, 10/2022 and 91/2022, which made it mandatory to apply the chopping modality as the only means of marketing, which should start on the day of the date, “the The Technical Advisory Board has the task of working on a systematic implementation plan to readjust the refrigeration industry to the new regulations”.
“It is also established to ponder the different marketing situations or the adaptation to the different regional characteristics of the country,” they added.
According to the authorities, “it is expected that the full implementation of the standard will be systematic and gradual until the transformation and total modernization of the meat marketing system is achieved according to the 21st century.
