The technical aspect for the opening of the US market to Paraguayan meat is on track. However, a “diplomatic push” is still pending, according to Senacsa. It is also looking to reach Canada.

The president of the National Animal Health and Quality Service (Senacsa), José Carlos Martin, reported that the two major targets for Paraguay this year in the meat sector are the United States and Canada.
