This Friday, the president Alberto Fernandez will lead an act for the delivery of 178 homes located in the neighborhoods of Nueva Pompeya and Parque Patricios in the City of Buenos Aires.
Together to the agent, will be the Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, Santiago Maggiotti. The act is carried out in the midst of the conflict with the City over the co-participation funds and the complaint of impeachment against the Supreme Court of Justice that promotes Alberto Fernandez.
The houses that will deliver Alberto Fernandez They are part of the urban developments of the national Procrear I program, located in the Sáenz Station and the Buenos Aires Station.
As detailed by the Government, 87 homes will be delivered at Estación Buenos Aires, which had a total investment of $909 million; while in Estación Sáenz, 91 housing solutions will be granted, whose investment reached $951 million.
In total, the Government has invested more than $41,555 million pesos in the construction of 3,971 homes in the City, through different national programs. In addition, 1,195 more housing solutions will be built.
In this regard, Minister Santiago Maggiotti said: “the State has to guarantee access to housing and it has to be a lasting public policy” and announced that the raffle for 635 Procrear II homes will begin in February.
In addition, he added: “This Government gives a very important priority to housing, understanding that this, particularly when a family is being given a key, the housing problem is being solved but also in construction employment is generated and reactivation economic in said city where it is built”.
