The heads of Itaipu, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ANDE appear today before the Permanent Commission of Congress, to report on the 2023 rate -which has not yet been agreed- and on the Paraguayan position regarding Annex C.
At 10:30 a.m., the first session of the Permanent Commission of Congress will begin, which as the first item on the agenda includes pending issues at Itaipu Binacional.
The The first interlocutor is the Minister of Foreign Relations, Julio Arriola, who will present on the Renegotiation of Annex C of the Itaipu Treaty, according to the call.
