Santiago. The Santiago sectional Dominican Association of Teachers came out in front of the questions made by the Minister of Education, Ángel Hernández, about the quality of educational processes.
The union that brings together teachers expresses that demanding immediate results from teachers in proportion to a part of the incentives received in accordance with the law, is wanting to simplify this complex phenomenon.
“It is wanting to justify what by constitutional mandate corresponds to the State and that to this day no government has been able to guarantee. Education is not a simple mathematical operation where four plus one equals five”, says Miguel Jorge, president of ADP in the province, in a document.
In this sense, he expressed that its results require time, certain conditions and synchrony of the actors and factors. “A common citizen can admit such simplicity, but not the Minister of Education,” he said.
