The Minister of Public Works, Edgar Montaño, sworn in this Monday to Wilfredo Patricio Gutierrez Carrasco as the new Vice Minister of Transport with the challenge of consolidating “mega works”, such as the bi-oceanic corridor.

Gutiérrez Carrasco, who is committed to good management, assumes the Transportation portfolio to replace former Vice Minister Israel Ticona.
