The uniforms and the rest of the clothing that the Cuba team will use during their participation in the V World Baseball Classic (WBC) were presented today Monday by the authorities of this sport on the Island.

According to a note published by the newspaper, the authorship of the designs corresponds to the young Ariel Pérez Zayas and is the result of months of joint work between a creative group of Hitthe Cuban Baseball Federation (FCB) and the sponsoring company TeamMate Sports Internacional, which will be in charge of manufacturing.
This is the same sporting goods firm responsible for all the clothing used in the I Cuban Baseball Elite League (LEBC), which is currently in its postseason phase, and which had to delay its start due to problems with delivery and arrival on time of the team uniforms.
The publication adds that in the designed changing rooms, patriotic colors (white, blue and red) and emphasis on the gradient predominate.
At the same time, he considers the clothing “modern, attractive and appropriate to the different rivals, scenarios and climates in which the national team must act”.
The media also highlights that throughout the creation process, athletes, coaches and fans were consulted “on time”.
Cuba has participated in the four previous editions of the World Baseball Classic. On this occasion, it will have the inclusion in its roster of players who play in foreign leagues without the protection of the FCB, among them several who play in the Major League Baseball (MLB).
