The National Prison Monitoring Bank (BNMP) was improperly accessed for the publication of a false arrest warrant, allegedly issued by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), against himself.
The National Council of Justice (CNJ), responsible for the operation of the BNMP, confirmed that the system was taken offline this Thursday (15th), due to an “undue publication”.
In the false document, it appears that Moraes had himself arrested for “litigation in bad faith”, that is, for having activated the judicial system without plausible cause.
Excerpt from the false decision determines the referral “of all inquiries of censorship and political persecution, ongoing in the SUPREME FEDERAL COURT to the CNJ, so that they punish me exemplarily. In view of all the above, the competent arrest warrant is issued against myself, Alexandre de Moraes. Publish yourself, summon yourself and make the L.”, says an excerpt from the decision.
In another passage, the text says that Moraes would have authorized the measure “without explaining myself, because I am like a god of Olympus, I grant the initial petition, both because of my will and because of the extraordinary desire to see Lula continue in the Presidency”.
The case is investigated by the CNJ, which called the Federal Police (PF) to investigate the commission of a crime for the misuse of the platform. According to the agency, the BNMP, which monitors compliance with judicial arrest warrants, should be reestablished today.
“The National Council of Justice informs that the inconsistency found on Wednesday (4), at the National Prison Monitoring Bank, was caused by the improper use of a credential to access the system, which has already been properly blocked”, says the CNJ. In a note, the council informs that, until 1 pm today, the system would be completely restored.
