Several people approached the place where the animal fell after hearing the loud crash.
According to information from an animal activist in the Bolivarian capital, the animal would have been thrown into the void by a misfit who felt fury at the defeat of the Colombian National Team against Peru and ended up unloading it against the defenseless dog.

Apparently, the complaint has already been filed with the Gelma Group, a team with which the Attorney General’s Office investigates and prosecutes cases related to the crime of animal abuse at the national level.
It should be noted that in Colombia there are laws to protect animals from mistreatment.
Law 1774 dictates that acts of cruelty that do not cause death but threaten their health or integrity will be penalized with fines between five and 50 current legal monthly minimum wages.
