The mishap happened at 12:10 PM, on the Epifanio Méndez Fleitas route, at km 91.5 and involved a single vehicle: a Ford brand car, Focus model, gray color, MQK 496 sheet metal.
The shot was under the command of Derlis Kuri Chamorro. Next to him was Ignacio Kuri Chamorro, who unfortunately was found without vital signs, as reported by Police Station 48 San Solano, of the Itapúa Police Directorate.
