The Ministry of Public Health (MSP) announced the cessation of Miguel Asqueta as Director General of Health and the Deputy Director General, María Guidici. Both will continue as advisors to the portfolio.
Along these same lines, the Deputy Director General of Health, María Guidici, was dismissed. Adriana Alfonso assumes as general director and Sandra Lorenzo as deputy director.
Another announced change is that of Mariela Anchen, who leaves her position as Health Department Director of Cerro Largo and becomes General Director of Portfolio Coordination, a position previously held by Karina Rando.
