The Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) will carry out a public consultation so that citizens can participate in the strengthening of this body for the administration of justice, reported Judge Janine Otálora.
For the above, a section will be set up on the Internet microsite of the Strengthening Commission where opinions can be expressed and proposals made.
In this sense, in a public hearing, former presidents of the Superior Chamber agreed on the importance of the contributions that the TEPJF has made to democracy in Mexico by giving judicial channel to the political conflicts inherent to the elections and, with it, contribute to the construction of a peaceful, solid and legitimate way to defend the political-electoral rights of citizens
