Accountability, Esquivel's offer for the presidency of the Court

The project presented by the minister to occupy the presidency of the Court offers “justice for all people” and is divided into two parts: the first is on the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the second on the Federal Judicial Council.

“Over time, he has faced different challenges, a consequence of social changes that drive him to rise to the occasion, in a continuous and incessant desire for social justice, with a focus on protecting the most vulnerable people. and as a balancing, independent, effective, efficient and democratic power”, the minister states about the Judiciary.

What does the minister propose?

Allowing citizens to know the way in which these issues are addressed will contribute to generating a space for public conversation that leads to fairer decision-making ”, the proposal specifies.

Integrate committees of ministers and ministers: will be instances of consultation and support in the administration of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. raises the creation of the Social Communication and Citizen Participation CommitteeComprehensive Development Committee.

It also proposes creating a Commission of Ministers and Retired Ministers through which their experience is used to give their opinion, advise and propose to the presidency in the development of public policies.
