Teachers They denounce that the administration of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta made the decision not to open registrations for 2023 for physics, language and literature teachers, which has been criticized by the teachers.
The teachers They assure that this measure puts the continuity of employment of some 130 education workers at risk, for which they demand that the Buenos Aires Government revoke its decision.
The union also denounced:With these measures from the Ministry of Education of the CABA government they intend to curtail the right of more than 500 applicants who have already registered in the aforementioned careersone of which is the only public proposal of its kind.”
And they added: “In addition to violating the right of applicants for these careers, the jobs of more than 130 teachers in these careers are progressively put at risk, to whom the city government denied their right to labor stability through securitization”.
For this reason, they demand “the reopening of the 2023 cohorts of the Language and Literature careers of the Mariano Acosta Faculty and the Physics Faculty of Alicia Moreau de Justo. Likewise, we demand that all of the more than 700 applicants be allowed to enter the Psychopedagogy career at IES 1”.
They also ask the Buenos Aires government to “open campaigns to encourage and disseminate teacher training careers and immediate titling for higher level teachers.”
Where will the mobilization be?
