The General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII) said that this weekend the tags purchased online will be delivered.
He reported that the courier company Domex, successful bidder for the process of delivering the tags, has promised to distribute all the outstanding amounts of those taxpayers who paid the vehicle circulation tax through the Internet this weekend. After a meeting with executives of the aforementioned company, they assumed the commitment to have additional personnel to deliver 8,725 tag orders to the respective taxpayers.
The label delivery report indicates that there are 855 labels pending delivery that were returned from the addresses established in the orders due to various causes, so contact is being made with these taxpayers to resend them. A part of these correspond to Greater Santo Domingo.
