Inameh forecasts low probability of rainfall in much of the country

Inameh pronóstica cielo despejado y poca nubosidad en gran parte del territorio para este jueves

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) assures that, for this December 25, due to atmospheric stability, low cloudiness and low probability of precipitation will originate in a large part of the national territory.

According to Inameh’s report, published through his account on the social network Twitter, @INAMEHthe trade winds from the northeast maintain the transport of humidity towards the Venezuelan coasts, generating stratiform clouds with drizzle or scattered rains in the early hours of the morning and at the end of the afternoon, to the east of Falcón and Miranda, La Guaira, Sucre, Nueva Esparta, Delta Amacuro and north of El Esequibo.

On the other hand, the intertropical convergence zone, slightly active, causes cloudiness with some scattered precipitations over Lake Maracaibo and southern Amazonas; with probable rainfall accumulated between 2-25 1/m.
