It is worth mentioning that general first aid knowledge is useful for day to day, and certain techniques can also be applied for road accidents. The lifeguard of the Paraguayan Red Cross, Chiara Salza, indicated in an interview with HOY, that the procedures are endorsed for home use, as well as in labor issues.

RED CROSS TRAINING
The Paraguayan Red Cross is conducting first aid training in road accident scenarios. The classes are taught by instructors authorized by the National Traffic and Road Safety Agency (ANTSV).
