The magic of Christmas has a guaranteed place in TV Brazil and on the radios MEC and National, with special attractions for all ages. At TV Brazilthe animated feature film Sandman and the Quest for the Lost Dream opens the series of special grid attractions at 4 pm, on the Family Session?? The film tells the adventures spent in Somnia, a land close to the Moon where dreams still live when you are awake. There is also the home of the Sandman boy, who fantasizes night after night. But Somnia is in danger, and after this adventure, no one will ever doubt how powerful a boy’s dreams can be.

At 5:30 pm, the channel’s thematic programming continues with The Luna Show Christmas Special?? The children’s series follows the adventures of a smart 6-year-old girl who loves science and believes that the Earth is a huge laboratory in which she can discover curiosities and learn from the activities she does in her routine.

At the beginning of the night, the emotion increases in the TV Brazil with the traditional Missa do Galo, at 6 pm. Commanded by Archbishop Dom Orani Tempesta, the celebration will be broadcast live, direct from the Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

The artists prepared a special selection of songs for the date, with a repertoire that includes Jingle Bells?? Jingle Bells Rock, Hallelujah?? X-Mas (John Lennon) and Silent Nightall with a footprint pop rock?? The presentation is part of the traditional Christmas celebration in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Natal na Rua, and was recorded in front of the facade of the city’s Municipal Theater.

To close the series of Christmas Eve themed attractions in TV Brazilat 11 pm, the iconic show The Nutcracker brings the Companhia Brasileira de Ballet in a combination of dance and dramaturgy. Considered one of the most staged musicals in the world, the ballet is the result of the meeting of the famous tale by Alexandre Dumas with the music of Tchaikovsky.

On Christmas Sunday, the program Song and Flavor of Brazil shows, at 11 am, a special edition with two big names in Brazilian music, Fagner and Renato Teixeira. During the two-hour episode, the artists get together to play good music, tell stories and enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch prepared by presenter Paulinho Del Ribeiro on an old wood stove.

Starting at 2 pm, the public will watch a marathon of blockbusters starring Roberto Carlos. the feature Roberto Carlos and the Pink Diamond (1970) is the first attraction in the series of seventh art productions starring the King.
