The national senator Oscar Parrilli (Front of All) affirmed this Friday that the Supreme Court of Justice is “willing to govern and take over the powers of the State and the popular will”, after the ruling that ordered the national government to allocate the 2 .95% of the volume of co-participating taxes to the city of Buenos Aires.
“These latest rulings of the Court are typical of a Court of the military dictatorship. The Court is willing to govern and take over the powers of the State and the popular will,” Parrilli said this morning in statements to El Destape radio.
For the senator of the Frente de Todos, “two of the members of the Court agreed to be appointed by decree, as in the dictatorship”, and recalled that “they signed the 2×1 for State terrorists and validated everything that macrismo did, such as the espionage plan against political leaders and unions”.
“We have a Court that is ruling in Argentina, a Court appointed by decree and that has complaints of corruption. You have to denounce them and make all the legal complaints and take all the actions, ”added Parrilli.
Along the same lines, the legislator added: “This is not the Court that fails in co-participation. The Court is made up of 4 macristas who are trying to govern Argentina by throwing the Constitution into the trash. The attitude of the Court is destituent and coup”.
