A man passed away this friday morning after the vehicle he was driving collided with a dump truck that was stopped in the shoulder of the Buenos Aires-La Plata highwaywhich led to a reduction in traffic and a delay of about five kilometers, informed road sources.
The driver of the car died on the spot and personnel from firefighters, road safety and provincial police attended the scene.
The road accident occurred before 7 a.m. height of kilometer 20 of the Buenos Aires-La Plata highway, in the Quilmes districtin the direction of the city of Buenos Aires, where there are some five kilometers of delay.
Both vehicles remained on the shoulder of the highway and experts are also expected to intervene at the scene of the accident.
