Ministro Bonilla entrega “Bono Saldo Mi Hogar” en Invivienda

The Minister of Housing and Buildings, Carlos Bonilla, delivered a total of 100 “Saldo mi Hogar” vouchers in the Housing sector of Santo Domingo Este, benefiting a group of families from the most vulnerable segments of the province.

“We are here to honor that commitment, to bring financial relief to 100 Invivienda families through the ¨Saldo Mi Hogar Bonus¨, they meet the requirements and benefited from projects built by the former National Housing Institute (INVI)” said the minister.

The Saldo Mi Hogar Bonus is an initiative that was jointly announced by President Luis Abinader and Minister Bonilla last November to alleviate the economic pressure on families who have been paying installments for years to have a home and who, due to different social circumstances, , economic, health, among others, are under a complex situation that has compromised their ability to pay.

Similarly, the minister indicated that “We started with an intensive renovation plan in all the Invivienda buildings with an investment of more than 300 million pesos. These actions are part of the plan to beautify urban environments that, as President Abinader indicated, serve to improve coexistence, quality of life and are essential for a healthy and solid development of society.
