Civil Defense rescuers recovered on Tuesday the body of a young man, who had been missing since last Saturday after the waters of the Cabarete beachin Puerto Plata, he was dragged along at times when he and other people were enjoying a bath.
This is Wilfred de Jesús de los Santos, whose body was found near noon this Tuesday.
The young man’s corpse will be sent in the next few hours to the municipality of Tamboril, Santiago province, where he is from.
Agents of the Dominican Navy, the Puerto Plata Air Force, the National Police and the Fire Department participated in the search.
Members of the Civil Defense and Red Cross also joined.
