President Nicolás Maduro highlighted on Monday the importance of community participation in the construction of the new society.
In this sense, the President explained that 21st century socialism is built in the community, through community councils and communes, in living together in harmony.

Democracy to build
After once again ratifying his will to establish dialogues with all sectors of the countryin order to strengthen democracy and the well-being of the Venezuelan people, President Maduro recalled his recent meetings with representatives of the opposition.
