President Boric after visiting a firefighter injured in the fight against a forest fire: “We call for collaboration, to follow all instructions”

President gabriel boric flew over the commune of Quilpué, Valparaíso Region, this Friday afternoon due to a fire that is developing in the area. Later, he visited an injured firefighter after fighting an accident. After the meeting, the President called for collaboration and “follow the instructions.”

“A difficult summer is coming and we call for prudence, for collaboration, for everyone to follow the instructions regarding forest fires, to be very, very cautious,” said the President from the Work Safety Institute (IST). ) of Viña del Mar, where the volunteer is located.

The head of state boarded a helicopter after 5:00 p.m. to fly over Quilpué, which is on a red alert. In the region, the Presidential Delegation decreed the same alert for the communes of Catemu, Villa Alemana and Santo Domingo.

Later, Boric met with the presidential delegate Sofía González in the Presidential Palace of Cerro Castillo.
