HOW DO I CALCULATE MY DECEMBER BONUS PAYMENT?

Variable or imprecise remunerations are included if the worker has received them for at least 3 months within the period between July 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

In this case, the remuneration received in the last 6 months prior to December 15, 2022 is averaged. For example, if you earned S/1,500 for two months; three others, S/2,000; and one, S/1,200; you must add it and divide it by 6.
