Santiago. The director of the National Police, Major General Eduardo Alberto Then, has added 49 vehicle units to Santiago, in order to strengthen preventive patrolling.
The new units are part of the “Christmas with Moderation and Responsibility 2022” program.
Then he moved to this city to deliver several trucks and motorcycles, with the purpose of increasing preventive patrolling, guaranteeing citizen security and confronting illegal acts, as well as ensuring that families spend the Christmas festivities in peace and tranquility. .
Among the new units incorporated there are 18 trucks and 31 motorcycles. “I deliver these vehicles to General Ramón Azcona Reyes, Cibao Central Regional Director, so that he can monitor and supervise the proper use of these units, in order to protect and serve the public,” he specified.
