President Nicolás Maduro pointed out that everything included in the theoretical framework of the 3Rs was reviewed. “That is why I have called on the people of Venezuela and the entire political-military high command, expanding to fight… to close a year 2022 of economic stability, economic happiness and growth for the country.”
The president recognized “tremendous effort, tremendous work and tremendous results” of the Community-Military Brigades for Education and Health, which concentrate the effort for the recovery of the country.
«When the month of December arrives and we take stock, we realize the path we have traveled this year… we have pushed forward with strength, facing all the difficulties and whenever a problem, adversity, difficulty arises, we are there, at the foot of the canyon”, said the Venezuelan president and recalled the recent damages by the rains in various parts of the country.
