The meeting was chaired by Deputy Felipe Schipani, and acting in the General Secretariat, former President Julio María Sanguinetti.
Within this framework, the Colorado Party stated that, after a year and a half of application, “the LUC shows clear benefits and none of the drawbacks announced by the opposition.”
