The CDMX government looked for Bad Bunny to appear in the Zócalo

Bad Bunny’s concert at the Estadio Azteca ended in chaos after hundreds of people were denied access following the alleged detection of cloned tickets.

Silvio Rodríguez, La Maldita Vecindad and Los Tigres del Norte, Joan Manuel Serrat and Grupo Firme performed this 2022 at the Zócalo in Mexico City.

The concerts have been broadcast from the YouTube channel of the Government of Mexico City, through social networks and on open television.

Ticketmaster reported in a statement that it will reimburse fans who purchased legitimate tickets who could not access the concert on Friday the 9th of Puerto Rican singer Benito Antonio Martínez, better known as Bad Bunny.

The company reported that the access problems were the result of “the unprecedented presentation of false tickets.”

The price range of the tickets for the Bad Bunny concert offered by Ticketmaster oscillated between 600 and 8,450 pesos, but one day before the reggaeton singer started his first date in the Aztec State, there were those who offered the tickets in more than 30,000 dollars (about 600,000 pesos) on StubHub, a platform that connects sellers with buyers.

On Friday night, the Azteca Stadium organization reported that, for security reasons, the decision had been made to cancel duplicate accesses and asked attendees to address their complaints to the Ticketmaster service.
