Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner denounced the “mafia practices” in which the hegemonic media engage in, following a note published by the newspaper La Nación, in which “once again” she again “threaten to arrest ” to his daughter, Florencia Kirchner.
In a published text On her social networks, the former president recalled the “mafia and dramatic episode” of which former Attorney General Alejandra Gils Carbó was a victim, when the cell phone number of one of her daughters was published in the Clarín newspaper.
In addition, the Vice President demanded that on International Human Rights Day “we do not allow democracy to be taken away by the mafias.”
“If the mafia and drug trafficking have a common point, it is the assassination that is exercised on the children and relatives of the people they declare as enemies. The Nation once again threatens to put Florencia, my daughter, in jail. It seems that it was not enough for the hegemonic media to make her sick,” said the former president in a publication that she shared on her social networks.
In this way, Fernández de Kirchner responded to the note published today in La Nación under the title “Certainties and doubts of the Christian counteroffensive.”

The former president shared the following fragment of that information, in which it is stated: “This hypothesis is reinforced when the variable Florencia, her daughter, is incorporated, the only member of the family who does not have privileges and who after this conviction becomes considered more vulnerable judicially and susceptible to a sentence that would not release her from prison. That, they say in the vice president’s environment, has always been and is the mother’s greatest carelessness.”
Cristina Kirchner added that in the same publication it was also questioned that she had tested positive for Covid.
“The reviewed fragment of the note refers to the Hotesur and Los Sauces cases filed by Claudio Bonadío (now deceased), the hitman judge, and concluded by Julian Ercolini, the mutant judge who became a traveling judge,” the vice president contextualized, referring to to the trip to Lago Escondido in which the head of Federal Criminal and Correctional Court Number 10 would have participated.
In this way, the former president refers to Ercolini, who along with other magistrates, Buenos Aires officials and media businessmen traveled to Lago Escondido, where the English magnate Joe Lewis has a ranch.
The people who made this trip formed a chat group, the content of which was disseminated in recent days, and in which those involved held conversations to give a false version of the excursion they made to Lewis’s lands.
The national government denounced this week magistrates, officials and businessmen for gifts, and the federal prosecutor of Bariloche, María Cándida Etchepare asked to deepen the investigation into these people.
“In those cases (Hotesur and los Sauces), which the oral court that intervened unified, the dismissal was issued for the non-existence of a crime,” recalled the head of the Senate.
In addition, the Vice President referred to the conversations in the chat group of those involved in the trip to Lago Escondido, and pointed out that Judge Pablo Cayssials also participated in one of the conversations, who led the case “against the prosecutor Gils Carbó ( last constitutionally designated in office)” and that led to his resignation.
“(The cause) was requested by the director of the newspaper (read Julio César Saguier) as can be seen from the text of the chat published on the web last weekend,” he assured and shared a capture of the leaked material.
In this fragment, a journalist named Paz is mentioned, who “corresponds to a journalist from the same newspaper” and another colleague who “had a different version of the mafia and dramatic episode that the then attorney lived through.”
“Héctor Magnetto ordered the publication in the Clarín newspaper of the telephone number of one of his two daughters, who had also filed a case. And since we are talking about mafias and sons and daughters, it is appropriate to remember that Gils Carbó was the Prosecutor who opposed the merger of Cablevisión and Multicanal of the Clarín group”, remarked the former president.
Fernández de Kirchner recalled that the Chamber prosecutor, Gabriel de Vedia, declared that the former presidential adviser to former President Maurcio Macri, Pepín Rodríguez Simón, “was in charge of personally letting her know that she had to resign, if she and her two daughters did not want to go to jail “.
“Finally, as is public and notorious, the constitutional attorney resigned,” he stressed.
Finally, the ex-president maintained that the aforementioned fragment “does not bring any originality”, but that it is “the simple repetition of mafia practices that, by dint of remaining unpunished, continue to carry on.”
“Today December 10, International Human Rights Day and 39 years after defeating the dictatorship, let’s not allow democracy to be taken away by the mafias,” he concluded.
