El Negrito and El Pinki were killed in Cabimas

Two members of the criminal group El Adriancito were killed during an armed confrontation with members of the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) of the Bolivarian National Guard, according to military sources.

The operation took place in the Los Laureles sector, Cabimas municipality, Zulia, where Estibenson José Querales Caraballo (El Negrito) and Dumal Alberto Villarreal Pérez (El Pinki) were killed.

These subjects were responsible for carrying out terrorist attacks on the Eastern Coast of the Lake against people who refused to pay them for vaccine. A Smith and Wilson .38 caliber revolver and a 9 mm Ultra Star pistol were retained at the scene.

In another event, Leonel José Solano Rueda, a member of the irregular group La Línea that operates on the border between Colombia and Venezuela through San Antonio del Táchira, was arrested.

The subject was seized a .38 Indumil revolver (Colombian Military Industry), five cartridges, an M-26 model hand grenade and telephone equipment.

Solano Rueda intended to enter Venezuela. The binational authorities detected that the subject is linked to the attack with explosives that took place on December 6 against a family victim of extortion.

The Public Ministry was notified of the procedure.
