The website of the Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Immigration (Saime), used by Venezuelans to process their identity documents, will be disabled from this Friday, December 9 at 8:00 p.m. until Sunday, December 11 at 8:00 p.m. :00 p.m.
Saime will stop providing its services for the next 48 hours, so it will not be possible to access to request an appointment or check the status of a procedure.
According to the information shared by Saime in his twitter accountthis interruption of their services responds to maintenance tasks that they will carry out for their website.

The Twitter account @Mccoam, known on the social network for offering advice on Saime procedures, shared the information with the expectation that the page will be reactivated with a refresh of its interface.

Saime’s publication was answered by users of the social network who were facing problems processing their personal documents, especially the passport, pointing out the inefficiency of the agency and the failures of the platform.
