A commando-type assault was recorded at dawn this Friday in the town of Kressburgo, district of Carlos A. López – Department of Itapúa.
A branch of the Regional bank was detonated and the structure suffered extensive damage. There is still no information on how much economic damage was.
According to the first report, the police officers from the 111th Police Station, when trying to go to the place, realized that the police headquarters was surrounded by two vehicles with several occupants each, who fled the place.
The interveners immediately alerted the surrounding police stations for the respective support, who proceeded to carry out an operation to close all possible escape routes.
The structure of the bank suffered extensive damage as a result of the detonations.
