The legislator made reference to a resolution issued last Monday by the Buenos Aires government in which the award, for a total of almost 93 million pesos, to the company Mercado Libre SRL for the contracting of the comprehensive collection service of both the system parking regulated as “Buenos Aires Bici”.
As detailed in the text of the resolution, the award was made through a National Public Tender for the contracting of a comprehensive collection system in accordance with the electronic Procurement and Contracting procedure called Buenos Aires Purchases (BAC), after which the Evaluation Commission of Offers resolved, on December 30, that the most convenient offer for the GCBA was the one presented by Marcos Galperin’s company.
