A man who went to the Huamancaca Chico penitentiary center ended up being detained for presenting a current requisition, for the crime of minor injuries due to family violence.

Alfonso Palomino Betalilluz (56), went to the Huamancaca Chico penitentiary last weekend to visit a relative, however, on his way out he was detained by USEINT – PNP police from Huancayo, since he presented a valid requisition .

It is the Third Unipersonal Court of El Tambo, which requested the indictment of Palomino Betalilluz. The order was issued on December 2. This for a complaint of minor injuries due to family violence. The detainee was transferred to the Chupaca police station, to continue with the proceedings and refer him to the Judiciary.
