The leader of the town of San Pablo, Guarayos province, OAI, 70 years old, He was apprehended by police officers on Tuesday.after a judge issued an arrest warrant against him after being accused of trespassing private property.
The man, who held various neighborhood positions in his native San Pablo, 12 kilometers from the municipality of Ascensión located on the highway to Trinidad, is accused, along with his daughter, LAand two other people, to invade three properties in the area.
The properties where the defendants allegedly settled are: the union San Agustín, Rosario, and Rosario I, that make a total of 400 subjugated hectares, according to the investigation booklet of the Prosecutor’s Office.

It is expected that the precautionary hearing of the apprehended takes place this Wednesday in the municipality of Ascensión from Guarayos.
