As part of the Project Study, Design, Construction and Financing for the Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Autopista-Puerto de Vacamonte highway in the province of Panama Oeste, the Ministry of Public Works reported that it will carry out diversions until January 2023.
Specifically, they informed the residents, businesses and users of the main road that during the months of December 2022 and January 2023 they will make a detour on the right side of kilometer 1K + 200 to 1K + 900 located at the entrance of the community of the Valley of Arraiján.
The authorities indicated that this detour is part of the work being carried out to rehabilitate this highway. In view of this, they asked drivers to maintain reduced speed and attend to the signs posted on the road to avoid accidents and traffic congestion.
