Most of the mayors of Greater Santo Domingo will begin to deliver the Easter regalia to its employees as of next Friday, without the need to resort to bank loans as was the case before.
The collaborators of the National District will begin to receive their double salary on Friday and for the third consecutive year, the authorities have not had to request any loan to honor that commitment.
According to data offered by the Director of Communications, Elizabeth Mateo, the National District has an employment of 4,445 people and the investment will be RD$80.911254.05.
Santo Domingo East will also make its delivery on Friday, according to the mayor Manuel Jimenez during a meeting he held last weekend.
The Department of Communications of the Mayor of Santo Domingo Norte reported that it will be next Friday when the date of the delivery of the salary 13 will be announced.
All mayors, the only one that delivered the royalty was Santo Domingo Oeste. It did so last Friday to its 2,222 permanent employees. The Mayor’s Office allocated RD$27,440,314.69, saved by the entity and this year it was not necessary to resort to bank loans either.
